I had my vehicle towed to the dealership late afternoon on September 28th. I did not get my vehicle back until the late afternoon of October 1st. I had to call 4or 5 times to get information on the status of my vehicle.

Ms. Prosser I apologize for your frustration however your car arrived without an appointment and unexpectedly. we were able to work you ahead of some other appointments but it did take us a few days. I believe my service advisor expressed this to you when the vehicle was towed in. You were given updates as soon as they were available to the service advisor. Again we apologize for your inconvenience and the fact we were exceptionally busy and we appreciate your business.
