I feel I've received excellent service so far with Haley. My only "complaint" is the number of emails & texts I receive after scheduling my service appointments. This time, I believe I counted 6 emails & 2 texts reminding me of my appointment. I don't mind receiving a reminder text, but one is sufficient. Also, after every service appointment, I am asked to fill out 2 satisfaction surveys. I understand your need for customer feedback, but I find all of this a bit "overkill", and it is a turnoff for me.
