Made an 11:30 appointment in 1/18. Got there on 11/24 and wasn’t even in the system. Waited 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. This is the second time this has happened. Janet Pineman who sold me my truck kept seeing me and asked what exactly was I getting done to still be there? I told her and also stated that I wouldn’t be coming back for any more service work and why. She went to the service supervisor and told him what I’d said. He tried to explain why it may have happened. He charged me for parts and no labor for the inconvenience.
