Overall, I think the service was fine. However, my lower ratings are due to the time it took to complete the state inspection. I had made a 8 am appointment & my vehicle was not ready until 9:45 am. The only repair was to replace the windshield wiper blades.

Mr. Hicks we apologize that your state inspection took longer than you expected. The Virginia State inspection process is very tedious and does take some time to complete. Not all of our technicians have a state inspection license. Again we apologize and will strive to complete your work in a more timely manner.
