    I had a recall on my truck. They fixed the recall and now they charge me more for oil change. I don’t think that’s fair.

    I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment to get an oil change and tire rotation. I was still waiting 2 hours and fifteen minutes later. My car was fine, however, why make an appointment for a definite time and not start the job within a reasonable time? My wait was NOT acceptable. I purchased my vehicle at this dealership and have had all service done at this dealership. Right now, I don’t think I will ever return to Haley’s for anything.
