    This was probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had - and I understand how dramatic that sounds, but it's true. I don't have the patience to type out the whole thing, but it boils down to these main points: 1. Ridiculously overpriced for an oil change. Most places will at least do a light cleaning inside or fill windshield washer fluid for that price. 2. It took 3 hours. I could have watched two full movies in the time it took to get a 20-minute oil change. 3. My car was done and parked out front around 2.5 hours in. When I asked if I could pay and leave, the customer reps insisted I needed to sit down and wait for the oil change to be complete, and that I was still in the queue to have it completed. Turns out the ticket was never closed and there was a communication breakdown between the tech and the CS reps. No one knew what was happening and no one could let me leave with my car. 4. I understand staffing shortages. I do, really. But if your dealer is having a staffing shortage, maybe consider not allowing new appointments to be made every 30 minutes. It creates chaos, leaving actual paying customers waiting for something that cannot possibly be done in a reasonable timeframe. 5. Finally, even checking out and paying for this abomination was difficult because the ticket was never closed by the tech. I had to wait another 20 minutes standing in front of the checkout clerk, waiting for someone to find the tech to close my ticket. I actually still can't believe how awful that experience was. I got there at 8:30am and left around noon. It's amazing that the dealer even had the gall to charge me after that.

    I’ve visited your location a few times for service. I notice that the staff are “slow to acknowledge” clients. In my opinion they should acknowledge a customer entering the service area as soon as possible. A simple, I will be right with you can go a long way.

    I brought my car in for AC repair. The first time I brought it they didn't fix it but charged me for services I didn't want. That cost $289.00. I brought it a second time to fix it. They charged me $176.00 to tell me it needed an AC compressor. I asked about the money I already paid for service I didn't want They said you needed to have that done anyway. I found some where else to do the work much cheaper. I will not bring my car to this dealership again.

    Service was great, Brittany was excellent with keeping me up on the progress of my car's service today. Kudoo's to Brittany!! i also liked that there was a leak that needs to be taken care of and quoted me a price.

    The service department was very good and listened to my concerns about my car. The young man (and I can't remember his name) was so nice and helpful. Everything went very well and I will see them again in December for state inspection.

    The staff was awesome the car runs 100 percent better than before .. The cashier was awesome also she informed me about the rewards program which was awesome.. The advisor kept me informed thru the whole process . I can go on and on they were 👍
