Service was great, quick and accurate

Hello GMC Airport, I want to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding hospitality and kindness I received during my visit. From the moment I walked in, the level of professionalism and care shown to me was absolutely flawless. My service manager welcomed me immediately, handled my concerns without hesitation, and made sure that I felt valued every step of the way. What stood out to me most was how he kept me informed throughout the entire process, no guessing, no uncertainty, just clear communication and genuine respect. It is rare to encounter someone who carries their role with such excellence, consistency, and pride. This was not my first experience with him, and each time he has demonstrated the same high standard of customer service. His commitment speaks for itself. In my personal opinion, this individual deserves recognition that reflects the exceptional work he provides. A 15% raise would be more than justified for the level of service, patience, and professionalism he consistently displays. People like him are the reason customers return. They are the heartbeat of an organization, the ones who transform an ordinary visit into a memorable experience. What I witnessed was not just good service; it was service delivered with grace, confidence, and attention to detail. It was excellence in motion. Awesome thank you

I was shocked when I arrived at my first appointment to learn that it had to be rescheduled. The appt was for 8:30 and I was told the mechanic was not available that day. Since the service dept is open at least one hour before, why didn't anyone call to tell me this? I had to make arrangements to drop off my vehicle, get a ride and miss hours of my own work. And then do it all over again on the reschedule. I am highly disappointed with the service dept at Haley GMC Airport Richmond. I will not be purchasing vehicles from that location in the future.

good friendly service

Janet was very helpful and knowledgeable, which made our visit much more enjoyable.

It was nice walking in and seeing a few familiar faces from 25yrs ago when I bought my first GMC truck. The friendly sales people made the experience easy and stress free. The way buy a big investment should be.
